My dog in heat was bred. Can I get Dexamethasone to prevent pregnancy?

My 2 year old bitch is in heat and the neighbor's dog came in our yard and bred her (we were told he was neutered but he is clearly not). Is there a way to get a prescription for Dexamethasone? As she is a breeding bitch, we do not want to spay her and that is the only option our local Vet offers. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 11 months old | 60 lbs

Unfortunately we cannot give prescriptions on this site. It's illegal for us to do it without seeing the dog in person. You will have to see if there is another vet locally where you can get the prescription, but I don't think it's very likely. This isn't something vets recommend doing because of the side effects of that medication.
