My kitten has eye discharge. What's wrong and how can I treat it?

my kitten his name is baggy is having discharge coming out from both his eyes what could it be and is there anything i can do or give him

Hi, and thanks for your question. That is likely to be due to a mild to moderate conjunctivitis, probably secondary to infection. A check up would be needed as appropriate treatment would include antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eye drops. Corneal injuries must be ruled out as well.
