How to tell if my dog's ovarian cyst is serious or cancerous?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed

My dog is having a cystic ovary in left side in ultrasound last month.she had her heat in Feb n fr more than 21 days n now again on 18th may she had her new heat cycle.vet said that no need to remove until it harms her.how will I come to know that it is harming her?how can it b known tumour is malignant or cancerous?can blood test tell this?can any antibiotic cure her?

You could see changes in Chutki as minor has loss of appetite and lethargy, to more obvious signs such as vomiting. A biopsy will need to be done to determine if it's malignant or benign. A blood test will not tell this. If it's malignant, no an antibiotic will not cure it. If you are very concerned about this, have her spayed. That will remove the ovary completely.
