What is the life expectancy of untreated primary hyperparathyroidism in dogs?

I don't have an exact number, but I can't imagine more than six months given that leaving it untreated leads to permanent damage kidneys, intestines, and brain. The kidneys would likely go into acute failure quickly without treatment. This should not be left untreated.
