My cat's poop and rear smell awful. Could his diet be the cause?

I am just wondering my little boys poo really smells and also his behind. I am wondering if it's the food but my other cat who is older also eats it and has all her time. I feed them Science diet indoor cat food. Even when I was feeding him kitten food it was the same. What can I do? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female
