My dog has conjunctivitis. What's the white spot? Is it cataract?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 5 months old

He is having conjunctivitis so 5 days ago when I see conjunctivitis I took him to vet..he prescribe eye drops so while I was putting eye drop i also notice one white spot first time notice only in his infected eye so what is it ? Is it cataract or what ? I am attaching photos by somehome i took it

Although unfortunately the picture seems out of focus, so it is difficult to really tell, this may be a corneal ulcer. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm this clinical suspicion and treat appropriately.
