My cat has a bald patch with a dry yellowish scab. Is it concerning?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 6 years and 4 months old

Just after some advice please. Tilly came home with a bald patch at the top of her back/bottom of neck, some time last week. When I looked at it initially it looked clean and dry although I couldn’t get a proper look as she wouldn’t stay still. I have attached a photo of what it looks like now. It’s like a big yellowish dry scab, above it there’s a small scratch and a small red scab. She seems ok in herself and is eating ok. Do I need to be concerned? Thanks.

I don't think I would be overly concerned about this at this time. I suggest you monitor that area for now. You can apply a topical antibiotic ointment/cream if you'd like twice a day. If it doesn't get better after 10 days or so you should have your vet check her out.
