My 16 week old puppy has a sunken in look. We have only had him a week and I believe the past owner didn't worm him. He gets fed enough i believe. One small cup of good quality puppy biscuits and small amount of turkey roll in the morning, midday and night. He eats grass and vomits a small amount daily. He has firm poop and eats so fast! He is otherwise active and happy. Could it be worms? Cheers!

Yes, it sure could be worms. I suggest you have a fecal test done by your veterinarian so you will know what type of worms he has (if any) and what would be the most appropriate treatment. Best wishes.
