My dog has bleeding teeth and eats slow. Is it dental disease?

Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male | 4 years and 11 months old

Today I noticed that trick has bleeding around his teeth the first 2 bottom molars he doesn't get things to chew and is not a chewer he is eating a lot of grass and he did a poop that had some mucus in it he is bright enough and eating slower than normal he also seems to be burping more than he did what should I do to treat him .

Poor Trick. He may have dental disease causing the bleeding around his teeth. That would also cause him to chew slower. I would have him seen by a vet today or tomorrow for this problem. I hope this helps!
