My dog's BP seems low. Can I use a human blood pressure monitor?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 10 months and 27 days old | 40 lbs

Can I use a blood pressure device made for humans for a dog ? And if so what does it mean If his systolic is 65 and his diastolic is 30 and heart rate is 111? And what does it mean is its low ?

No i would not advise this, so i would not trust the results. Blood pressure monitoring has its difficulties in pets even when taken in a veterinary clinic. I am not sure why you are checking a blood pressure in such a young dog but this is not a routine procedure unless indicated by a pets presentation.
