My dog's behavior changed after puppies. Why is she eating everything?

My dog had puppies in January IT changed her she is horrible I'm at a loss she gets on the counters eats plates of food even unopened bags of chips crackers anything she can get garbage I don't understand she was never like this I have even tried leaving food out all the time now and its not making a difference. HELP on getting frustrated with her and I don't like it because om an animal lover. I find myself not wanting to be around her and this hurts my heart she was my baby and such a good gir. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 1 year and 11 months old | 63 lbs
