My 4-week-old kitten has a mouth problem. Is it an infection?

Hello.i need to help,my kitten after 4 weeks show this problem beside mouth what should i do with this problem?and what is this scar side mouth,she just drink milk without lactos.pls help to me for more care and what should i do?i uplod her pic in profile and attached

I am sorry to hear about your kitten. It looks like she could have an infection of the skin around her mouth, such as perioral dermatitis. This requires treatment wtih antibiotics. I would recommend having her examined by a veterinarian who can then prescribe medication to treat this condition.
