My puppy has jelly-like diarrhea and won't eat. Is it urgent?

Pet's info: Dog | Bernese Mountain Dog | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 18 days old | 20 lbs

I have an 11 week old bernedoodle. He isnt eating today like normal and he has jelly like diareaa. See attchached picture. I have a normal vet appointment tomorrow, but dont know if i should take him to the emergency room.

Poor guy. It sounds like he has a bout of enteritis which can often be caused by intestinal parasites in pups. As long as he is acting normal, eating well, and not lethargic you are ok to take him in tomorrow. A short course of antibiotics +/- dewormer will likely be needed to help resolve his mucousy stool. I hope that your puppy Finn feels better soon! Best wishes and take care. : )
