Why is my dog tired, breathing shallow, and has a big stomach?

My dog has shallow breathing and gets easily tired. He has a big stomach and doesn't poop everyday. He has difficulty breathing when lying down which causes him to have irregular sleep. Can somebody help me? What should i do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 9 months and 16 days old | 13 lbs

Jacko needs to see a vet. He is pretty skinny, and that combined with a distended abdomen means there may be something serious going on, such as heart disease or liver failure or heart worm disease. The vet will do an exam and may need to run x-rays or blood work to make a diagnosis so they can initiate proper treatment.
