On thursday my dogs right eye was scratched by a stray cat. She also got a scratch to the paw. I took her to vet thursday and they gave me antibiotic ointment for eye. Friday she was squinting but otherwise fine and eating. However to day she didnt want to wake up and other eye was closed as well however not swollen. I took her to vet and he gave another ointment for squinting. She got a e collar and hasnt had anything to eat or drink all day. She doesnt want to wake up either. I am worried.

Another check up is absolutely needed as a severe infection of the conjunctiva and eye surface is possible. Corneal ulceration are typically very painful up to the point where squinting is constant. The eye surface must be checked as some type of ulcers can progress very quickly. Systemic antibiotic may be needed as well.
