My cat is shaking, circling, and having accidents. Is it a seizure?

I’m very concerned about my cat. I think she had a stroke last night because she was shaking uncontrollably, which she never did before. Ever since last night, she’s been walking in circles and seems she can’t see. She’s been peeing on the floor and pooping because she might be confused. She’s also blind in both eyes almost, so I’m very concerned. Can you tell me what might’ve happened and what I can do for her? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed

I am so sorry to hear about Tabitha. I would recommend getting her in to the vet immediately for examination and treatment based on these symptoms. Without knowing her age or history it is difficult to say why, but the fact that she is walking in circles and having accidents is very concerning.
