Why does my new dog have red spots on her skin and ear discharge?

I’m worried about the dog I adopted today. She has been shaved and has a bunch of red/brown dots and stuff in her ears. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 6 lbs

It looks like Peach could have dermatitis on her back and around her vulva, and wax or discharge from an ear infection in her ears. The spots around her vulva could possibly be flea dirt. I would recommend having your vet examine Peach's skin.
