My dog has distemper. What's his chance of survival and care tips?

Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 9 months old | 40 lbs

Hello, my dog was diagnosed with distemper. He is receiving a stem cell treatment, what is the likelihood of him making it through? He is only 5 year old Siberian husky he is taking vitamin B12 is there something else I can do for him?
