Why is my dog lethargic, slow, and struggling to stand up?

Hello, my dog has been very lethargic for about 3 days now. He doesn’t cry or whimper. It’s hard for him to stand up, when he walks it’s very slow. His appetite is normal, he’s drinking water normal. What could be wrong with him? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 14 years and 10 months old | 15 lbs
