My puppy is weak, not eating, has purple poop & rashes. Is it urgent?

Gooo day. My dog, labrador retriever ,6 mos. Old is weak since this morning. He just lies down and would not eat. However, he drinks water. Later this day, he had a purplish watery poop. What should i do? Rashes also started to appear. Thank you. I am just worried , please help me. The clinics are close now this time of the day. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 2 days old | 60 lbs

I am sorry to hear about Balong. If he is weak and has purplish watery poop I think he needs to be seen as soon as possible. If your vet is not open today, it looks like there is at least one hosital that is open 24 hours a day in the area https://vcahospitals.com/aurora . If your dog did not complete his full series of puppy vaccines we would be concerned about parvo virus with his symptoms. We would also worry in a young dog about ingestion of a toxin. Given his weakness he should be seen ASAP.
