My puppy is sick: vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy. What should I do?

My puppy seems to be sick. I don't know but she drinks her water but barely eats, she has diarrhea but thankfully no blood in it, she has only thrown up once this morning and she has been laying around and sleeping quite a bit even though yesterday she was as hyper as a kid on sugar...is she going to be okay? Is she just sick? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 24 days old | 12 lbs

I agree, it does sound like TT is sick. I would take her into a vet first thing in the morning. If she starts vomiting again or has blood in her poop, take her into an ER vet immediately. Best of luck.
