My dog suddenly stopped eating food but is drinking water. Is it parvo?

My dog eats his food within 5 minutes of me filling up his bowl. But two days ago I filled it up and he had not touched it since. I tried giving him part of my burger and he tried to get it then spit it out. He's drinking water but not eating. I don't know what it is. I was told that he had all his shots but I'm panicking thinking it's parvovirus. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 4 days old | 50 lbs

Parvo is typically accompanied by profuse vomiting and diarrhea although can be preceded by a short phase of fever and weakness. Poor appetite can be caused by many things including fever and dental pain and should be investigated by a vet if persisting longer than 24hours in puppies. If you did not receive vaccination paperwork I would be cautious and consider restarting course once he is well again
