My dog is panting and hot after birth. Is this a vet emergency?

Hello, my dog gave birth on May 14th. However, she is still panting and looks like she is having a hard time cooling down. Is there something I can do to help her or should i be more concerned and take her to a vet? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

I would recommend seeing a vet. She could have a low blood calcium that is causing her panting and restlessness; or it’s possible that a puppy was left behind. Your vet also might determine that it’s nothing to be concerned about but it would be best to see a vet first.
