My 6-week puppy has black tarry poop and is gagging. What's wrong?

Hi I just got a 6 week old puppy . about 3 days ago. The previous owner was feeding her adult dog food because she " couldn't " afford puppy food. I have been feeding her soft puppy food but I have noticed her stool is back tarry looking it is long and solid. Today she started gagging as if she has nausea. She us eating drinking and playing around fine. She has not been dewormed yet. Should I be worried?

Yes, I would be concerned. It could be the change in diet causing the blood in Snow's poop, it could be intestinal worms since she hasn't been dewormed yet, or it could be an illness. I'd take her into a vet today to get checked out. Best of luck.
