My dog has a hard, painless bump under his jaw. What should I do?

My dog has a small bump under his jaw it’s hard but he doesn’t seem to be in any pain. I’m thinking it could be a mosquito bite because there is a lot in the are where I live. He is acting normal running eating drinking water everything like normal except for the bump what could it be? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 25 lbs

It could be from an insect bite, but it could also be from an injury or a growth of some sorts. Keep an eye on it for now, and if it gets bigger, starts to bother Peques, and/or doesn't go down in the next couple of days, I'd have him seen by a vet. Best of luck.
