My dog's histiocytoma ruptured. How to prevent more & wound care?

My dog has several benign Histiocytomas. One ruptured. Can you please advise what I can do to prevent future ones? And wound care? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 3 years and 1 month old | 55 lbs
