Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female
I have a goose who got into a fight with a raccoon probably about 2 years ago and she lost one of her wings. For the longest time she was the sweetest animal ever, even with one wing. However, she soon started acting extremely hostile with everyone. She would bite and hiss and attack anyone that was within 5 ft of her. She also broke part of her beaks in some kind of attack in which I assume was from another raccoon. But if you know why she started acting hostile it would be appreciated

Thanks for reaching out about Lucy Goosey and including photos. The first thought would be around hormones. Is she exhibiting seasonal aggression, during spring or has this been year long? Behavioral reasons, hormones or territoriality, can lead to aggression. Illnesses can also change behavior and this needs to be investigated by a veterinarian. Good luck.
