My golden retriever has a hard growth on her paw. Does she need a vet?

Hi, I have a 1 year old golden retriever I noticed today that she was favoring her front right paw. When I took a closer look I noticed this growth. It feels similar to a hard blister. Any idea what this should be or should I take her to the vet right now?

It could be Sonny has a foreign body in her paw like a foxtail or grass seed, it could be a cyst, or it could be from an infection. I do think it's worth seeing a vet today, so i would take her into one. Best of luck.
