Is my pet's red eye pink eye? How long does it take to recover?

Is this conjunctivitis or pink eye or is this a starting sign of vitiligo as seen in attach photo ? how many days will it take to recover from pink eye because since 1st may I am noticing this and also put eye drop moxicip twice a day... what else I could done so that his eyes recover fast and back to normal and what exact is this pink eye or vitiligo?

I don’t see any depigmentation that would be suggestive of vitiligo in your picture. I do see a red third eyelid, which could be a sign of pinkeye (infectious conjunctivitis) or a number of other eye diseases. It’s impossible to determine a diagnosis based on a picture alone, so I’d recommend making an appointment to see your veterinarian.
