My new puppy has red eyes, low energy, and won't eat. Is she sick?

I have imported puppy last 4 days ago from ukrain. Her appetite was ok since then but her pee & poo schedule was abnormal till date. She does not do her business soon after her meal. Her eyes are red & watery. Today i noticed her appetite has been reduced. She is sometimes active and sometimes lazy or lithargic. Please advise me what can i do for her? Pet's info: Dog | Cane Corso | Male | unneutered | 54 lbs
