My puppy has diarrhea, no appetite, and worms. What should I do?

My 7 week old pit puppy has lost his appetite and has milky water diarrhea for 1 and a half days. Yesterday it had worms in it.

This puppy should be examined by a veterinarian. He obviously needs to be dewormed. A fecal test should be done to determine what types of worms he has so the appropriate dewormer can be used. A heavy worm burden can cause serious issues in puppies (anemia, intestinal blockage) and the fact that you are seeing the worms indicates a severe infestation.
