Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 22 days old | 10 lbs
My puppy is 6 months.I have been feeding him wellness small breed puppy food and Few kibbles of orijen. He likes the taste of orijin but I wanted to keep him on wellness brand. I finished his wellness bag and since he likes orijen so much I decided to just feed him orijin. He gobbled all his food ate more than usual and started having more poops ( 5 times a days) then normal including accidents at home which he was already house trained. His stool is softer. He has only been on it for 2 days.

The increased stool production can definitely be due to the diet change. It may take him more than 2 days to get used to eating the Orijen only. Be very careful with this food and don't let him eat more than the recommended amount. This food is very high in calories and he may start gaining a lot of weight. Your options are to switch him back to the Wellness since that seemed to agree with him OR give him some more time to adjust to the Orijen only diet (like 7-10 days).
