Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 8 years and 10 months old | 108 lbs
My dog has swollen testicles and swollen back right ankle. He's constipated and poops strip size poops. Went to vet that's not regular vet and she said he probably has prostate issues. Here's my issue. If they do all these tests and there's something serious,I can't afford to fix him. If they do these tests and nothing is wrong I can't afford to neuter him and he will live constipated and hurting. I was planning on neuter to see if that corrects prostate

I suggest you start with neutering and see if that corrects the problem. Feed him a soft, bland diet for ease of digestion and to make the stools softer so it is easier for him to defecate.
