Why are my fixed male dogs still fighting, living near a puppy mill?

We live next to a puppy mill. Our dogs are all fixed male and female but our makes still fight. Is there anything we can do besides move. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 5 years and 3 months old | 90 lbs

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about this. If you don't want to live next to them then all you can do is move. If they are not practicing breeding according to the law in your State you can have the State veterinarians office do an inspection.
