Why is my cat's spreading skin infection not healing? Has fever.

Hello ! My cat is having these infections for over a month now. He also experiences itching and burning in these infections and bleeds as well when scratches. I've giving him antibiotics anti histamines painkillers and even cortisone nut nothing works. It seems like it's spreading even worsly. Please let me know what to do with him. I'm really worried because his appetite has reduced greatly. He also has fever today. Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | unneutered | 8 lbs
