What should I do if I find a stray dog with an eye infection?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 4 months old | 55 lbs

He is a street dog.. his eyes got infected please suggest valuable solution to help him...

Hi, and thanks for your question. That is likely to be due to a mild to moderate conjunctivitis, probably secondary to an infection. A check up would be needed as appropriate treatment would include antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eye drops. Corneal injuries must be ruled out as well.     It looks like there has been some damage to the conjunctiva or outer eyelid, this could become infected so I would head to the vet to get it checked out and obtain any necessary meds. It's always a good idea to have eyes checked because they are so sensitive.
