Why is my dog panting, bloated, and lethargic with yellow urine?

Pet's info: Dog | Wolf Hybrid | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 4 months old | 130 lbs

Micco has very yellow urine and seems to me panting more than normal although we know he pants a lot but seems bloated and just seems to just lay around more usual bit has an appetite.

Hello. It is very difficult to comment on Micco just based on your description of symptoms, but it may warrant a visit to your veterinarian. It is unlikely to be anything serious as he is still a young dog, but he could have picked up an infection somewhere. If he is showing any signs of retching or gagging, then please get him to your vet immediately. Heavy panting, bloating & retching could be a sign that Micco has twisted his stomach & this can be life threatening. Any concerns at all, please talk to your vet.
