Adopting an older Rottweiler: Will he be aggressive after owner change?

Hi I was wondering if it was safe to adopt a old Rottweiler from a previous owner who can’t take care of him anymore. Will I have any aggression because his owner is not there anymore. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male

This depends very much on the individual dog, some are very bonded to a single owner but most are very adaptable. I recommend you visit the dog with the owner initially and if you are happy then take him walking without the owner if possible to see how he reacts.
