My dog has a smelly wound. How do I use Agnesia antibacterial powder?

Hello! I dont know what is happening with my dog. He has a wound that i didnt clean it(i know i am supposed to clean it but i didnt because of some personal problem) the wound also kinda smelly and there are no vet or any medicine in my house as we live in a place that no vet or pharmacies for animal also can i use agnesia antibacterial powder for this wound? If do. How to do it? I kinda dont know the detail but my mom said my neighbour has been feeding them ray . Please help

Yes you can use Agnesia powder. Apply it daily only after cleaning and drying the wound. I suggest you clean the wound with a dilute Betadine solution. Dry thoroughly with a towel or wait until it dries on it's own. Then apply a thin layer of powder.
