Poor Stella. This sounds like a possible Upper Respiratory Infection (URI) which is common in dogs just like the common cold in people. If she has been coughing with no improvement for more than 3-4 days, then its best to get her seen by your vet to have her evaluated and treated. Sometimes URI's can improve on their own, but in many cases a short course of antibiotics are needed to help resolve them completely. I hope that your fur baby Stella feels better soon!
