My puppy has wounds from a tick or lice. Is it mange? What shampoo or soap should I buy to remove these mange on his skin? Or what is the cause of it? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 3 months and 5 days old | 23 lbs
