Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. No you cannot remove the cyst, Veterinarian needs to assess to Determine if it is a cyst or a mass or tumor, and developing appropriate treatment plan. A veterinarian can provide appropriate anesthesia, pain medication and hemostasis to stop bleeding. Attempting to remove it without a veterinary license may be illegal butnis definitely harmful and will likely result in unnecessary suffering and possibly death for Ruby.
