My dog has an unusual ear wound that won't heal with vet creams?

Hi, we have taken our dog twice to the vet in the last 3 weeks as I have found a wound on my dog's ear that looks quite unusual. She had been prescribed two.creams but they do not work. I was wondering whether you have seen such a mark before?

This looks quite painful and possibly a ruptured pustule or blister? I would expect 4-6weeks for healing given the extent but if the redness has not reduced over the first 3weeks or the pain and discomfort is increasing it may be worth considering biopsy of the area or referral to a specialist dermatologist to rule out more sinister causes such as an ulcerative tumour
