My cat's ear infection returned. Why is he lethargic and not eating?

Question

My cat had an ear infection about 2mts ago. We had it cleaned and given medicated drops..His ear sounds like it had fluid again,odor, and there was waxed then murky puss. Now after about 2wks he is Mopey. Won't eat and peed on his bed alot once today..He has been slow walking and sleeps alot. We have a vet appt tomorrow morning. Thanks. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 12 years old | 15 lbs

If you have an ear cleaner at home, I would recommend using it. Otherwise, waiting until tomorrow morning. If Simba gets more lethargic or develops other symptoms then I recommend an emergency vet. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
