My dog has eye gunk, stomach issues, and won't eat. What's wrong?

My dog is not eating his biscuits unless something extra is added such as fish. He also has a conjunctivitis like symptom as his eye is producing a lot of gunk. His poo's are quite runny and he has wind. Do you know what is wrong with him? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | 1 year old | 49 lbs
