My puppy has black lower teeth at 2 months old. Is this normal?

The tooth has died most likely due to injury. I would not worry about it at this stage. It is a baby tooth and will fall out on it's own anyway. If it doesn't then be sure to have him evaluated by your vet and they will advise you from there.

    Based on the picture, I don't see anything concerning. As long as the permanent teeth appear normal then I don't think it is abnormal. If you have any concerns, have your vet do a dental examine to make sure all the teeth are erupting correctly.

We have a four month old puppy that we rescued. She has what seems to be a brown tooth coming in and the gum surrounding it has a red bump on it. Wondering how concerned we should be about this
I would not be too concerned about the tooth at this time. It is difficult to tell from the picture, but the tooth in question looks as if it is a baby tooth that has broken off. If this is the case, the tooth will fall out sometime between 12-16 weeks of age. If this is an adult tooth, then I would recommend you continue to monitor it for now. If the tooth is still looking abnormal at the time of your dog’s spay (around 6 months of age) then your vet can remove it while she is already under anesthesia. Hi, my puppy fell in her mouth Friday night, now a teeth is falling out, I'm not sure iif it's just a puppy teeth coming out naturally or if she got hurted by the fall.
The 2 front and center are adult teeth and the ones next to then are baby teeth that are meant to fall out. If she is eating and drinking normally and still playful I would not worry about the injury causing it as this is the right age for it to occur anyways. Her guns look healthy so you are unlikely to notice any problems if it was caused by the fall

Hi my puppies tooth fell out. Should I take her to the vet? She started licking and licking her teeth until I saw one fell out. She seems to be fine but she is my first dog and is this normal? She is a little under 5 months.

I'm worried about Trusty's tooth because it looks as if it is chipped and rotten. What should I do for his tooth, and what exactly is wrong with it?
Trusty is listed as 4 months old, and in the photo that tooth does look like a baby tooth. These baby teeth often fracture like that then fall out; the root will resorb and the adult toot will grow in. As long as he is eating normally and doesn't seem painful, you don't need to be concerned at this point. It will probably fall out on its own without complication in the next few days. Spica has blood con her tooth and I don't why, I was wondering that maybe her tooth is going to fall out but I don't really know. Is it something to worry about?
This appears to be an adult tooth which has just recently erupted and pushed out a baby tooth - a normal and healthy development in a 6month old puppy. Compare the new, short, blunt tooth to the small, pointy baby tooth on the opposite side

I notice the pointy part of my puppy’s canine tooth is broken and it’s slowly turning dark brown. Is this an adult tooth? She is 4 months old
Thank you for contacting Boop by Petco with your question about Luna. It looks like it could be her baby tooth, and if the tooth is turning brown, I'm worried about the viability of the tooth. If the pulp is exposed, this will also cause her pain. Have her seen by her vet in the morning to discuss removing this tooth as needed. I hope this helps!

I just want to know if the way his teeth look right now is normal. He doesn't seem to be in any pain
It looks like Jr has a few retained deciduous teeth, or baby teeth that have not fallen out. At this point his incisors should be gone completely since the adult teeth have come in. The teeth do look discolored and could be infected, but even if they aren't removing these teeth is often recommended so the adult teeth are not affected. This is often something that is sometimes performed at the same time as a neuter. I would recommend making an appointment to have your veterinarian examine Jr to determine whether these teeth should be removed and when.

I I knock my 4 month old back tooth bye accident he seems okay
That is a temporary tooth which was going to fall anyway. Nothing to be worried about, there may be just some bleeding which will easily stop. Puppies are in the process of teething from 12 weeks to 6-7 months of age, so it's completely normal to see an occasional baby tooth with a bloody root on the floor during this time :) Often, there will also be small streaks of blood on toys or chew items - this is because the pup's gums are bleeding a little, and is also normal. All of his adult teeth should be coming in within the next 2-4 weeks, so after that the problem should resolve on its own.
