Why is my cat weak, sneezing, and breathing hard with watery eyes?

My cats eyes are watery and really red his nose sounds watery and hard to breathe out of he's sneezing a lot he seems to be weak. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 9 lbs
