Why does my senior Lab gag when waking and constantly lick her bum?

Have a 13 yr old lab, energetic, good appetite, 93lb . But she gags when wakes and licks her bum alot.

She may have some acid reflux that is contributing to the gagging. Ask your vet about trying her on an acid reducer medication such as omeprazole or famotidine.
