Pug acting weird: drooling, swaying, not eating. What should I do?

This morning my pug started acting weird , she’s drooling a lot , won’t eat or drink water , and she’s Swaying from side to side. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female

These signs may be compatible with a balance problem related to a vestibular disorder. Often middle ear problems are suspected in these cases.
