Is it normal for my cat's belly to be smaller after deworming?

I just had my 1 year old cat dewormed today and noticed her tummy significantly slimmer then before is this normal? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year old | 7 lbs
